It feels really awesome to be back on this blog! As I grew a bit as a blogger/admin I realized I had other interests that I wanted to share with people. Now, that isn't exactly the type of thing you can do on this blog. This is a review blog. That being said, if you want to hear from me on a more random level, please check out my other blogs. They should be on here somewhere, but I'll check and make a post about them if they aren't.
If you have taken a peek at this blog since 10:40-ish on August 29,2014 and have been following/ regularly checking this blog for a while, you may have noticed that I've deleted a large amount of my posts. I went through what I had written and made a few decisions. 1) I decided that I wanted this blog to be strictly about book reviews and book related things. Putting movies, websites, shows, etc. was not what I really wanted to do. So, I changed it.
You may also have noticed that this blog changed a lot. I changed the title. It went from graceopolys (I have no clue what 9-year-old me was thinking when she made that the title of her blog and couldn't even spell it. But, that's exactly what she did. So...) to Loving Literacy. I also changed the look. I needed change to make this as successful as I wanted it to be. It needed to look better, to flow better. I needed it to be almost totally different.
I did leave a few old posts, but they aren't the best written ones. Therefore, I am going to post alternative reviews on them and make the reviews a bit better. My reviews are too short. I think I was afraid of saying too much of what I thought and people disliking it. I now know that you can't let that be a worry. Voice your opinion, because odds are, there is at least one other person who thinks the same thing you think. I needed to not say that everything was perfect with s particular book. Every book has parts that could be made better. Even your favorite author who has been writing for years could use improvement in at least one area, because we can always get better and that is what thins blog is doing.

Guardians of Ga'Hoole
Now for those of you who have been viewing this blog for a while, you have seen my old Guardians of Ga'Hoole post. When I posted that I wasn't that far into the series. I still am not cause I got side tracked with my books after the middle of the 3rd book. Now I'm on the 4th book. I guess I'm still not really far into the series but it's really good so far. So many twists and turns. I would recommend it to anyone who asked about it.

The Man Who Loved Clowns
Punky is a 35 year old man with Down Syndrome. Delrita is his neice. This story was awesome. It was a mix of anger, sadness, happiness, and frustration. This book was a real tear jerker. It was VERY good though. I would recommend it to EVERYONE!
Punky being that he has Down Syndrome is a little different. He has a few quirks but he is caring and sweet. After an unfortunate event Delrita and Punky's lives are changed forever. They have to adjust to a huge transition. Delrita and Punky make some great friends through the story.
Again this is an amazing story and I would recommend this to anyone who asked about it. Thanks for listening! Bye guys!

Kisses From Katie
I have started reading the book kisses from Katie and it has.been really good. This one girl has done so much in Uganda. She has adopted 13 girls at various ages. She has been the help of that little place in Uganda and she has such a great desire to follow the Lord. Here is the link to Katie's Blog . Please read her blog it's really good. The book is great as well. I would love to meant Katie just because she seems like a very good person in general. I think she is a very good example of a christian woman. I would love to grow up and be like her.

Fly With The Gaurdians!!!
I haven't gotten very far in this series, but so far it's great. This is the story of how Soren (a young barn owl) gets captured and taken to St.Aggies. He meets a little elf owl called Gylfie. (who is a little owl with some big words) Gylfie is very intelligent. She can navigate by the stars. She also knows what some things are that Soren doesn't. They make a great team. But something isn't right at St.Aggies. They set out to find out what this place has planned. They meet lots of great friends an go on an amazing journey. Then once they find out what's going on at St.Aggies they don't seem to like it so they set out on yet another adventure to find The Gaurdians of Ga' Hoole. Hoping these owls can help them defeat St.Aggies. On their way they meet Twilight and Digger and they find Soren's old nest maid Mrs.P. In addition to the book series they also have a movie. The movie and the book are very different.
Here is the trailer for The Guardians of Ga' Hoole:Movie here.
